Cancellation Policy: CollegePrepExpress, LLC,will grant a full refund for any and all cancellations up to 48 hours before an appointment, a 50% refund for cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before, and no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment.

All packages are good for any member of the immediate family for 12 months from the purchase date.

Except in rare cases of severe illness, CollegePrepExpress offers no refunds for sessions purchased in packages; however, the hours remaining on credit can be used for 12 months from the date of receipt.
